I paid with my credit card, the money has gone off of my account but I am still being asked to verify my details before I can have my tickets printed.

Although your bank has approved the payment from their side, your transaction has been flagged for further verification on our side. This is part of the fraud prevention measures implemented on the TicketPros system. There are specific indicators that would trigger this request which may include e.g. the value of the transaction, location of the client etc., so to verify that the person doing the transaction is the true owner of the card, is the ultimate goal of the verification process. Please understand that this is for your own protection. You do have the option, when collecting your tickets from PostNet, to present your card & ID at the PostNet. The PostNet operator can use these documents to verify the transaction and will be able to print the tickets. PostNet can also call the TicketPros helpline if they need assistance.
