I tried to home print but it didn't work. What must I do?
If you are purchasing tickets online and select the “Home Print” option, your tickets will come up in HTML form for you to print at home. In some cases, such as purchases made on a mobile device, the tickets are not able to be printed because the document can never be saved/ forwarded to print at a later stage. You will then have to contact a TicketPro consultant for further assistance on info@ticketpros.co.za
