I am unable to print my tickets
Says my adobe reader cannot find enough info ?
Can I collect from somewhere close to me ?

Hi Justin

I am feeling a bit anxious right now, the ticket is not down loading. when I click on Down load Ticket it opens up another tab then it just flashes nothing gets down loaded. I have called the 0861008277 number I have been on hold for the past 10 minutes, feeling extremely fustrated.....

Hi Velile,

As discussed your transaction was abandoned cause you took too long with receiving and entering your OTP. Please try the transaction again please do not worry, shout if you need any other assistance.

Can you please re-click on the link in your confirmation email and print the tickets straight from your browser?
