Indemnity link is broken (Impi Challenge)

The indemnity link, which I have to agree to, goes to a list of events. It also opens in the same window so you lose the form information you've filled in.

The terms and conditions, which I have to accept, goes to a page that says "No additional Terms & Conditions found for this event."
